Welcome to my page! My name is  Briana Mays, I was raised in a family of ministers and have spent much of my life in ministry and church. My parents, Bishop and Pastor Mays, instilled in me a love for people, and the desire to make a difference in their lives. Having ministered alongside my sisters (The Anointed Chenaniah Praise Dancers) for 23 years (and going), I learned just how big of an impact can be made from persistence & dedication. Not only do I have a heart for ministry, but also a passion for using my words to make mundane moments extraordinary! I am also passionate about philanthropy, civic engagement, volunteerism, and advocacy for people within the BIPOC community.

 I received my Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Palm Beach Atlantic University and am currently an MPA student at the University of South Florida. I have a unique skill set that combines my upbringing & ministry travels with my education in organizational leadership, project management and public speaking. I bring professionalism, charisma, poise, eloquence, and energy to every room I enter which includes every event I host. The right words make regular moments extraordinary.

I live by the mantra “There is no such thing as small change”. Small edits create a big impact. You can begin at any time, stage, or age in your life, with any singular action… even if just a thought. The seed of change has been planted and will grow. Keep moving forward!
